Great Service!
I called you to have my salt water cell checked. You could have charged me a service fee and came out to my house only to tell me to add salt. But, you didn't. You told me to add the salt and see what happens.
You don't know me and I'm not a past client but you treated me great. And for that I thank you.

Awesome Pool Service
I just moved to AZ and have never owned a pool. I found Pool Kings here on Kudzu and they came on a Saturday (because of my schedule) to quote cleaning my green pool. After the great customer service, I didn't need to look any further. I hired them for weekly service too!! I would recommend them to anyone who wants GREAT service!!

I have lived in the Valley for 20 years and have used several pool services. None have been to my satisfaction, until I found Pool Kings.
When you call Pool Kings, you will hear a friendly, helpful voice that really wants to help. Usually I get an appointment the next day, maybe 2 days. This is very unusual. Normally you will get a rude receptionist that acts like they're doing you a favor if they can show up in a week.
The service representatives are always on time and call before they arrive. If they are running late, they will call and let you know. The latest service call I have had was 5 minutes late and the rep was very apologetic.
The service reps are clean, friendly and explain all they are doing. Plus, the pricing is so competitive, I challenge you to find a better value for you dollar.
All in all, after 20 years of pool service in the Valley, Pool Kings are simply the best.

What a relief!
Had a small leak in a Jandy valve and the air valve on my filter canister. Straight forward, honest, extremely nice guy. Actually checked over my whole system, and set my valves to operate more efficiently for the extra hp my pump has. He gave me tips my pool builder never suggested. Several weeks have passed and no problems, and the pool looks great. A big thanks - and highly recommended.

I found Pool Kings on Twitter. Although I never heard of them, they were so friendly when I called that I decided to use them. Jimmy came to my house, he was friendly, and he knew what was wrong with my pool in seconds! I could tell he is very knowledgable about pools/pumps. I would 100% use them again and would 100% suggest using them!

Another great save
I had a leak in my sand filter. I called Pool Kings, who asked a few questions. I then emailed a picture of the problem. I received a call back in less than 2 minutes with suggestions for me to do to fix it myself. The first one fixed the problem, leak gone. I didn't need a service call. Now, THAT's service!
